Chang's presents traditional Chinese dishes and innovative creations that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern oriental cuisine. The dishes are cooked in wok pans at high temperatures and are made at the time of ordering, using only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. Our dishes are prepared with "Fan and T'sai" which means combining the ingredients "Fan" (grains, rice, noodles and dumplings) with the "T'sai" (meats, poultry, fish and vegetables). The waiters are trained not only to know the menu, but to understand the dishes, so that they can guide our Guests to choose a balanced and personalized meal for their particular tastes.
